Joys Of Living Near Fertile Land

The girls and I love visiting local farms to pick fruit and buy veggies. This year we've only made it to the Hoffman Farms Store to pick some strawberries. The girls had a great time though. We went on one of the first nice days of the summer. Little did we know that we were not going to start seeing summer show her sweet face again until the beginning of August.

Hope was our taste tester.

Faith was our hard worker.

Grace worked hard too!

We made some freezer jam out of all those yummy strawberries.

Mmmmm...my favorite!

Reminds me of my Aunt Margie's, hers always tastes better though.
